REFUND POLICY


Your purchase of MacroSpys Software will be governed by this Refund Policy.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AS THIS DOCUMENT DETERMINES YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PURCHASES, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.

Android and iOS devices must be jailbroken and / or rooted in order to use the advanced features of MacroSpys.



GENERAL

In the event that you have technical problems with the Software that cannot be resolved by the MacroSpys Customer Service Center, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined below. However, we are convinced that most refund requests can be avoided if you accept professional help from our Customer Service Center.


* REFUND CONDITIONS

Subject to applicable law and the conditions of this Refund Policy, you may be eligible to receive a full refund within 14 days of the day of your purchase, as long as the reasons for the refund do not contradict the conditions of the Refund Policy. Refunds detailed below.

No refund will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Your refund can be issued only once. If you purchase another MacroSpys license later, you will not be subject to the same refund request.

No refund will be issued in case the target device has lost connection with the MacroSpys license due to no internet access, factory reset, or upgrade to the latest version of the operating system.


* No refund can be issued to a user in the event that the reasons for a refund are completely beyond MacroSpys's control. They include, but are not limited to:

The target phone is not owned by the user or the user has not received the consent of the target phone owner to use the MacroSpys software.

The destination phone does not have access to the Internet (no money left in the destination phone account, temporary interruption of service, problem related to roaming, etc.)

The carrier operator is changed by a target phone user which leads to loss of internet connectivity and consequently to a malfunction of MacroSpys Software.

The target phone was reset to the original factory settings.

The user does not accept technical assistance.

The target device is running an unsupported operating system.

User intends to use MacroSpys Phone on more than one target device after purchasing a single license.

Personal reasons (I have changed my mind, made a purchase by mistake, the software was not used, etc.).

The user is unable or unwilling to jailbreak the target iPhone.

The user is unable or unwilling to root the target Android.

The user's target phone does not meet MacroSpys's compatibility requirements.


* REFUND PROCEDURE

You are required to submit your refund request to MacroSpys's billing department at refund@MacroSpys.com

We do not accept refund requests made through Live Chat, WhatsApp or by phone.

The refund decision will be made within two business days.

In case of refund issuance, please note that, for each transaction, 6% will be deducted from the refunded amount as fees charged by banks and payment processing companies.
